ParTee Rules

1. Age Requirements
  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
2. Respect and Courtesy
  • Treat all guests with respect. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in session termination without a refund.
  • No profanity.
3. Equipment
  • Tees: TBD
  • Balls: Balls are provided. You may use your own new, unmarked balls. Damaged or marked balls can harm screens or leave ink marks.
  • Clubs: Your own clubs are recommended. Ensure club faces are clean to avoid damage. Limited rental clubs are available.
  • Shoes: No metal spikes—they can damage floors and mats.
4. Arriving and Departing
  • Arrive at least 10 minutes before your tee time to check in. Your session begins and ends at the designated booking time.
  • Exit the bay promptly for the next group at the end of your session.
5. Safety
  • Only one person is allowed in the hitting zone at a time.
  • No trick shots.
  • No pushing, shoving, or horseplay.
6. Food and Drink
  • No food or drink on hitting areas (green turf) or near simulator equipment.
7. Damages
  • Guests are responsible for proper use of all equipment. Misuse resulting in damage may incur repair or replacement costs.
8. Cancellations
  • At least 12 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable.
